Couple days ago I installed Win 7 on a netbook using a 16 gb flash drive. All i had to do was formatting flash drive with built-in windows formatter (right-click on device icon), choosing NTFS, then copy contents of Win 7 install ISO and voila — ready to install and works like a charm.
